RENTAL RATES

Weekdays Monday - Thursday  Nightly rate $175.00  2 night minimum stay

​

Weekends Friday - Sunday  Nightly rate $185.00  2 night minimum stay

​

Long Weekends  Nightly Rate $185.00  3 night minimum stay

 

Taxes not included in above rates

• In making a reservation with Shoreline Stays you acknowledge that we reserve the right to cancel your stay at any time due to severe weather conditions, mechanical difficulties or other unforeseen circumstances.

         If your reservation is cancelled at our discretion you may choose to receive a credit for a future stay or a full          refund.

• Each rental will be for a maximum of 2 adults. Use of the camper and our facility is restricted to the named renter and their companion only, unless by prior agreement with Shoreline Stays management. 

• Well behaved dogs and cats are welcome but must be leashed at all times and all pet waste promptly cleaned up, bagged and placed in a garbage can. Pets are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must not be left in the camper unattended unless in a secure kennel. A $30 pet cleaning fee per booking will be levied.

• Check-in and check-out are offered Sunday through Friday : no check-ins or check-outs on Saturdays.

• 50% of the rental fee is payable at the time of booking. Please email us with your dates and requirements to recieve a booking invoice. The balance of the rental fee is due at check-in. Payments can be made by sending an e-transfer to hello@shorelinestays.ca or by credit card.

• A damage deposit of $500 will be pre-authorized on your credit card on the day of your arrival to cover any damages. If everything is in good order when you check out the charge will expire or be cancelled within 7 days. If credit card pre-authorization is not successful a cash damage deposit will be required, which will be returned once a satisfactory check-out inspection is made.​

• We do not have any hidden fees: our nightly rates include BBQ propane, potable water and a quantity of firewood appropriate for the length of your stay. Extra firewood is available for purchase on site.

WATERCRAFT RENTALS

​

• Canoe Morning, afternoon or evening, 4 hour rental, $10.00 taxes not included

• Includes PFDs & safety equipment

• All guests are required to complete and sign a liability waiver prior to use of our canoe. PFDs will be  supplied and use is mandatory. 

• Shoreline Stays reserves the right to suspend watercraft rentals at any time, due to inclement weather

        or any other occasion deemed necessary.

CANCELLATION POLICY

​

• For cancellations made more than 14 days before your scheduled arrival the reservation fee will be fully refunded, but will be subject to a $30 administration fee.

• Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to arrival are non-refundable. If we are able to re-book your stay up to 96 hours prior to check-in you will receive a full refund, but will be subject to a $30 administration fee.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

• When renting the camper we require that you leave it in the same general condition as you received it. Please make sure that all of your belongings are removed, dishes and pans are washed and left to dry on the counter, garbage and recycling are bagged, and the camper is ready to be cleaned for the next guest. 

• Smoking is not allowed in the camper. An ashtray is provided on the outdoor table.

• An excess cleaning charge will be levied if you and your guest do not practice basic cleaning habits, including prompt clean up of any accidental spills. 

• Excessive cleaning, including cleaning of vomit or blood, will result in the partial or complete forfeiture of your damage deposit. 

• We understand that occasionally accidents can happen and we ask that if anything untoward happens you notify us as soon as possible so that we can rectify the issue.

• Ours is a natural lake and it is possible that underwater hazards may be present. There will not be a lifeguard on duty and swimming is at your own risk.

• The camper is in a relatively shady spot for your comfort. Please do not roll out the camper awnings as a strong wind can result in damage to the awnings and the camper.

• Any damage to the camper fixtures or fittings, furnishings, bed linens or towels will result in a charge to make good the damage or replace damaged items.
