Where are you located?
We are just off highway 10 near Erickson, Mb. and only a short drive to Onanole & Clear Lake.

What is included in the camper?
In the living area there's a dining set, couch, comfy love seat with recliners, a TV and DVD player and a selection of DVDs, playing cards and board games. The kitchen area has a compact stove and oven, a fridge with a small freezer compartment, pots and pans, plates, glasses, coffee maker and basic kitchen items including cooking oil, some basic spices & seasonings, tin foil & plastic wrap.​ The compact bathroom has a shower, flush toilet and washbasin.
For your convenience we supply bedding, towels and a bathmat, but please don't use the towels outside the camper.
Outside there is a propane BBQ, fire pit and seating and a patio table for outside dining.

What do we need to bring?
Your groceries & ice, clothing and beach towels.
We also suggest : robe & slippers, flashlight, insect repellent & sunscreen.

​Can we bring our own kayaks, canoe, SUP or bikes?
Certainly! You are welcome to bring your own non-motorized watercraft for use on the lake, however, to protect our lake, we ask that you follow the MB AIS procedure when cleaning it prior to your arrival. https://gov.mb.ca/stopais/checklist.html
For walking and cycling enthusiasts the TransCanada Trail passes only a mile from the farm. You can find a Trail Map on our

What time can we check in?
Check-in is after 4 pm. Check-out is at 11 am

Can we bring our pet?
We welcome quiet well behaved dogs and cats. As we have livestock your pet must be securely leashed at all times on our property. Pet waste must be promptly cleaned up and properly disposed of. Pets are not allowed on the furniture or bed and must not be left alone in the camper unless they are in a kennel. There is a pet cleaning charge of $30 per stay.

Do you have WIFI?
Wifi isn’t available in, or around, the camper, but should you need to contact the ‘outside world’ Starlink satellite is available by the cottage. Please be aware that cell service isn’t the greatest in this immediate area, but it’s only a walk or short drive to get good reception…we can point you to a good spot to make your call!

Do you have quiet time?
For everyone's enjoyment please keep noise to a minimum between 11pm and 7am.

What is your smoking policy?
For everyone's' enjoyment of the property smoking is not allowed inside the camper.
If smoking outside please ensure that all cigarettes are fully extinguished and butts are disposed of in a garbage can.
